Managing Director

Mr. Abel Munda, holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) Degree from Cheyney University (USA), Masters of Business Administration (Financial Administration) from Widener University (USA) and is a Certified Public Accountant – Kenya & USA. He is also a fellow of the Life Office Management Institute. He has attended several executive development programmes and seminars both locally and offshore.

Mr. Munda has a rich working experience in accounting and financial management having worked in various senior management positions both in the USA and Africa operations of American Life International Company (ALICO) for over twenty two years prior to joining CfC Life Assurance Limited in February 2005 as the Finance Director. He joined CfC Bank in February 2006 as the Finance & Administration Director.

Head of Operations

Mr Alex Amolloh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Business Administration (Corporate Finance) from the Graduate School of Management, University of Dallas (USA). He is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a chartered insurer and member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya. He has attended various courses conducted by renown institutions and acclaimed professionals in management both locally and abroad.

He has a rich working experience both locally and abroad, spanning over 16 years cutting across spectrum of industries in different functional areas including finance, marketing, operations and general management, a better part of this in senior management.

 He worked with a few leading insurance companies in the country before joining CfC Life in 2007 as the Life Operations Manager.

Head of ICT

Charles Kiboi is a holder of a Bachelor of Education Degree in mathematics & computer science from the Kenyatta University (Kenya). He is also a holder of a Higher Diploma from the Institute of Management Information Systems (UK) formally IDPM and a Chartered Public Accountants (Part 2) certification. He has accumulated over 14 years experience in the IT field having worked with various key organisations in Kenya in different capacities.

Mr. Kiboi joined CfC Life in 1999 as a System Analyst/Programmer from East African Breweries Ltd where he worked in the same capacity. He was appointed to the position of Manager – Management of Information Systems in August 2002.

Head of Strategy, Risk and Compliance

Mr. Musili is a holder of a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursing his Masters degree (Business Administration) in the same institution. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has ten years working experience in audit and financial management of financial institutions, manufacturing entities and the public sector.

Mr. Musili joined CfC Group in February 2003 as the Internal Audit Manager at CfC Bank and took up the position of Head of Internal Audit – Insurance Businesses (Heritage AII – Kenya and Tanzania & CfC Life) in August 2005. In April 2006, he was appointed Head of Finance and Administration of CfC Life. In late 2008, he moved on to head the Company's Strategy Implementation.

Head of Finance

Mr. Simon Mwaura, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Nairobi, Masters of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Kenya Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya.

Mr. Mwaura has a wealth of experience in accounting and financial management having worked in various positions in finance departments of several local and international insurance companies in Kenya for 15 years. He joined CfC Life Assurance Company in May 2010 as the Head of Finance

Head of Human Resources

Mrs. Juliana Nguli is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) and Masters of Business Administration (HRM) from the Kenyatta University (Kenya). She is also a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management (KNEC), a Certified Public Secretary - Kenya and a holder of a Higher Diploma in Business Management and Industrial Relations.

She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management - Kenya. She has over 19 years experience in Human Resources Management gained in both Private and Public sectors in senior positions. She has also attended several management development courses and seminars. Mrs Nguli joined CfC Life in November 2008 as the Head of Human Resource.

Head Of Agency Network

William has significant wealth of experience in Managing the Agency sales force. He began his career in Aviation as an Aeronautical officer in Kenya Civil Aviation Authority.  He rose through the ranks to the level of Chief Aeronautical Information Officer in 1996.
 
His interest in insurance led him to be a part time agent for CfC Life (then ALICO) in 1981. Through consistent satisfactory performance he was appointed a Unit manager in 1997, thus ending his career in the aviation industry. This marked the beginning of his career in Insurance. In Jan 2002, he was appointed an Agency Manager, a position he has held consistently until his current appointment.

Head of Deposit Administration 

Gladys  joined CfC Life in August 2011 having worked for leading pensions management firms in Kenya. Gladys, a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Banking, Insurance and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Jomo Kenyatta University. She is also pursuing an Associateship in Pensions Management from the Pensions Management Institute - UK
She currently serves as part-time tutor at the College of Insurance.

 

Head of Customer Service

Julius holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi. Julius is a Call Centre Certified Trainer as well as Customer Relationship Management Certified Trainer.
 
He  began his career as a Customer Service Management trainee at Crown Berger (K) Ltd in the year 2000 and rose to the rank of Customer Service Team Leader . In 2003, Julius was employed by  Safaricom as a Customer Care Representative and was later promoted to Workforce Manager- Customer management in 2005, and thereafter to Call Centre Team Manager in 2007.
 
From June 2008 to July 2009 he worked for Co-operative Bank of Kenya Ltd as Call Centre and Quality Assurance Manager, and was promoted to Head of Customer Service in August 2009 until his appointment at CfC Life in the same role.

Head of Group Life Schemes

Gerardus holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) both from the University of Nairobi.
He is an associate of the Insurance Institute of Kenya and has also served in the Executive Council of the Insurance Institute of Kenya.
 
Gerardus joined CfC Life as Head of Group Life Schemes in April 2011 from Heritage Insurance Company Ltd where he worked as the Life & Pensions Manager. He has a wealth of working experience gained from various positions held in different insurance companies spanning to 16 years in the industry. He has attended various management courses and professional seminars both locally and abroad.
